Team4Humanity is a non-profit organisation that is driven by edgy technology to reimagine and redefine ways to deliver humanitarian work. People, Innovation, and Resilience are the values leading our Foundation. Having a startup DNA, our mission is to assist people under challenging circumstances across the globe – in a more efficient and agile approach that would create long-term impact.

We are a non-religious humanitarian foundation. We follow the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement’s fundamental principles, as proclaimed in Vienna in 1965 by the 20th International Conference of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement: humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntary service, unity, and universality.

Human suffering must be addressed wherever it is found. The purpose of humanitarian action is to protect life and health and ensure respect for human beings.

Humanitarian actors must not take sides in hostilities or engage in controversies of a political, racial, religious or ideological nature.

Humanitarian action must be carried out on the basis of need alone, giving priority to the most urgent cases of distress and making no distinctions on the basis of nationality, race, gender, religious belief, class or political opinions.

Humanitarian action must be autonomous from the political, economic, military or other objectives that any actor may hold with regard to areas where humanitarian action is being implemented.

Who we are

People, Innovation and Resilience, are the values leading our actions..

Humans are at the center of our actions.

Following the humanitarian principles, Team4Humanity’s main purpose is to assist people during a disaster. To reach this goal, we are convinced that the wellbeing of the people working with us has to be preserved. People, Innovation and Resilience are the values leading our Foundation.

Our teams are managing all the Team4UA projects in Ukraine. In cooperation with local partners, authorities and UN agencies we aim to fulfill the major needs.

In cooperation with our Ukrainian partners, we are providing food as ready-to-eat, medical supplies and hygiene products to our beneficiaries.

Apart from this multisectoral humanitarian aid, our information center in Lviv is filling a gap of coordination by linking facilities and relevant operators with Internally displaced people and other NGOs.

Thanks to our expertise in the fields of technology and entrepreneurship, we are working on efficient and innovative answers.

With agile methods and high tech solutions, we have launched an innovative project to solve the housing crisis in Lviv while ensuring a traceability of the funds allocated by our donors.
