  • Reporting management
    • Remote
    • Follow up with our local NGO partners gathering data on recent deliveries. Getting partners to understand our reporting system requirements.
  • Inventory management
    • Remote
    • Follow up with team and partners tracking goods through various stages. Communicate with logistics head.
  • Request verification
    • Remote
    • Follow up supply requests from Ukraine.
  • Warehouse
    • Uman (Ukraine)
    • Loading, unloading, sorting.
  • Kitting
    • Uman (Ukraine)
    • Preparing food kits to be sent in smaller boxes made from larger pallets of bulk food.
  • Marketing
    • Uman (Ukraine)
    • Social media and promoting our local NGO partners. Needs to be on site to capture photo/video and do interviews.
  • Drivers
    • Various locations
    • delivering aid across southern and eastern regions.
  • Administration
    • Lviv
    • Ukrainian speaker to assist with official documentation and filing, working with official entities for compliance and assisting the admin team.
  • City Driver
    • Lviv
    • Transport staff and partners around Lviv locations
  • Deputy Head of operations 
    • Lviv
    • Ukrainian speaker (or only English speaker) to make researchs and to create documents in order to assist the Head of Operations.
  • Information manager
    • Lviv
    • Ukrainian speaker, collecting information from local authorities and NGOs for IDPs in Lviv and to welcome people at the information center to answer their questions or requests.
